Shawn, a great friend of mine from high school, was married to his best friend Kellie on August 23, 2008 in Scottsdale, Arizona. I stayed around for a week to visit with friends connected to the prayer movement the Lord is raising up at Arizona State University. What a refreshing trip!

Leadville Ski Trip 2008

Once again I spent a week in Leadville, Colorado skiing. This trip was particularly fun because my younger brother was able to visit from NH the same week I was there.

Thanksgiving in Leadville 2007

Once again I visited Leadville, Colorado to see my dad and stepmom for Thanksgiving. It was a short visit, so I did not go skiing. The slopes were chaotic because there was very little snow and few trails were open...

Cool clouds from a plane

These clouds seemed to come up out of nowhere on my flight back to KC from New Hampshire in August 2007. What a surreal feeling - just gliding by clouds... I wonder what it is going to be like going up to them to meet the Lord there...

IHOP-KC 8th Anniversary Picnic

We gathered all of IHOP together for food, games, and fun on Sunday, September 16, 2007 to celebrate the Lord's kindness to us for giving us grace to do 24/7 non-stop worship and prayer for 8 years! IHOP went 24/7 on September 19, 1999 and has not stopped since then. Amazing!

Prayer Room Renovations, December 2006

Our beloved living room is being transformed for television's sake. Marcus and Tim played the last set with the old "brown" setup. I'm pretty sure it was a Wednesday 6am, because all of the chairs were already cleared out and folks coming in for the marketplace prayer meeting had to sit on the floor. But we still prayed and it counted!
